HR Interview Question: Every organization has multiple interview rounds to assess a candidate’s behavioral and technical aptitude. HR interviews are used to determine a candidate’s suitability for a position by assessing their personality, strengths, and shortcomings in relation to the role. Interviews are occasionally held to see how well a candidate will fit into the work culture of the organization.
