HR Interview Question: Every organization has multiple interview rounds to assess a candidate’s behavioral and technical aptitude. HR interviews are used to determine a candidate’s suitability for a position by assessing their personality, strengths, and shortcomings in relation to the role. Interviews are occasionally held to see how well a candidate will fit into the work culture of the organization. These rounds are often conducted following the technical skills evaluation at the conclusion of the hiring process.

- Never ask the interviewer what he wants to know about you. You may be asking genuinely, but it’s seems disrespectful
